Welcome to Edunet9.org !!! Before you create your first page here, please be sure you have read, and understood, these Terms and Conditions. Members who do not follow rules and regulations could find their entire web site removed and/or deleted, possibly without prior notice.
The interpretation of these guidelines is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revise our terms at any time without notice.
1. We can offer 50 MB free web space and unmetered traffic (100Mbps lines) thanks to the sponsorship of our advertisers. To prevent abuse there is a default limit of 50GB/day. If this amount is not enough just contact us and limit will be raised.New users get a no ads trial. After trial, each page will have some ads automatically inserted into it. You may not remove, resize so as to render invisible or unreadable, or otherwise block any of the ads that edunet9.org inserts onto your web pages. Ad-supported accounts where our ads are not visible will be blocked or even deleted without warning. Accounts suspended for cheating are no longer allowed for free hosting.Sites with excessive ads are not allowed to join our ad-supported services.
2. Edunet9.org is not responsible for the content of any personal home page. The contents of user-generated web pages are not reviewed or censored in any way before they appear on internet.
3. Sites without web content (e.g. storage/download related sites), torrent sites, statistics sites, traffic farms, autosurf sites, egold/forex scam sites, hyip sites, gambling sites, proxy sites, gateway sites (redirect visitors elsewhere), streaming related sites are forbidden!!! You may not use your web space for 'data warehousing', using our space as storage for large files which are only linked from other sites. Wap/mobile sites are not allowed for free hosting only for paid hosting and your account will be deleted with no warning!! Sites must have a relevant index file on root else you will be suspected for cheating and risk to have account deleted.
4. No illegal materials or links to illegal activities!!! This includes but is not limited to distribution/use of illegal software, hacking, cracking, shell scripts or any other harmful activity. Also, you may not use your web space to provide material, or links to material that is grossly offensive to the Web community. No hate, anti-racial, terrorism, drugs related sites!!! No child porn or any other adult site!!! No phishing, fraud, scam sites!!! For all infringements your site will be immediately deleted and, possible, your activities reported to proper authorities.Do not install unlicensed scripts, e.g. nulled vBulletin, IPB etc. Entire account will be deleted with no warning! As well, you're not allowed to use hacking tools, encoded php scripts for hacking purposes.
5. In rare cases, Edunet9.org may find a customer to be using server resources to such an extent that he or she may jeopardize server performance and resources for other customers.Examples of not allowed activities: all scripts that use a significant amount of CPU/RAM resources (specially old and not optimized scripts) or scripts that can attract bad traffic, including but not limited to chat/irc software, torrent or any other p2p application, game scripts (e.g. galaxytool) etc.In such instances, Edunet9.org reserves the right to delete the account or just suspend it until you solve the problem for the consideration of all customers.
6. Adult materials are not allowed! Your account will be immediately deleted.
7. You may not copy or reproduce any page, image or other content without the express prior consent of the original copyright owner of that content. For all copyright issues your account will be deleted immediately. Contact us first if you intend to upload questionable content.
8. As a free service, we make no guarantee but we do the best possible to offer an excellent service. We do backups for all accounts, but for safety reasons it's recommended to have your own backups. We are not responsible if you lose something due to server crash or negligence.
9. Your account should be active. Minimum one hit per month is required else your account will be automatically deleted without warning. Sites with important amount of webspace used need minimum 1hit/day. There is a 10 MB file size limit. Do not try to upload bigger files than maximum file size allowed. Your account will be suspended or deleted without warning. Storage/download related sites are not allowed!!! We respect your privacy and we won't sell data collected (e.g. email or anything else) to third party agencies! These details will only be used to communicate with account owner if any problem occurs.
By submitting a web page to Edunet9.org or any other web page hosting service on our network, you grant Edunet9.org a royalty-free, nonexclusive, worldwide, unrestricted license to use, copy, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, create compilations including, and distribute such web page, and any associated Content, for the limited purposes of publishing and promoting the user's web page in connection with the particular service with which the user has chosen to have the web page hosted and for publishing and promoting such web page elsewhere within the edunet9.org Network. Such license shall apply with respect to any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. This term will extend only for the duration of the user's membership with the particular edunet9.org service. In the event that such membership is terminated, edunet9.org will relinquish all rights to the user's content following the duration of any applicable promotional activities ongoing at the time the membership is terminated.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete any site due to inappropriate behavior at our sole discretion. Accounts deleted or suspended for terms infringement (small issues only) can be restored from backups for a fee.
MEMBERS WHO ARE FOUND IN BREACH OF THESE RULES ARE SUBJECT TO HAVING THEIR MEMBERSHIP CANCELED WITHOUT NOTICE AND FURTHER ACCESS DENIED AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION. Edunet9.org FURTHER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ANY MEMBER IN BREACH OF THESE RULES AND TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES REGARDING THESE MEMBERS.
